Hey bloggers! Been busy ass hell working on a whole slum of pilots and a variety of TV series. This is a page of doodles I did in between animating on the new hit animated series EL-TIGRE. I thought I'd throw this out since I haven't posted any "doodles" in a while, and boy does it show! It sure was fun to break away from the mindless key framing and 'tweening in Flash, something I should do more often.

Recently I've been fishin' around in the blog ponds and happin' to snag a doodle or two from others. Funny thing though, they claimed them to be doodles, but they were far from what the definition above describes. They were more clean than most of my cleaned up pieces of dung, on top of that they had a nice treatment of color. Looks great, but far from a waste of time, haphazard, mindless scribble. Maybe it's just me. I've been far from scribblin' on the paper and mostly pushing those symbols around. Damn Flash!!! My best bet is to just reach deep, deep, deep down in the pockets for some change and pick up one of those fancy Cintiq's. Maybe, just maybe then will my doodles sparkle like one of those I caught in the blog pond. Anyway that's my rant of the day don't mind me, I think it's just the weather. Last Friday we bumped into 3 cast members of the new hit series "HEROES" during lunch in Hollywood. Pretty awesome to see the fellas on on the street and they were cool enough to pose for the pic. I do have to say that I was a lil' paranoid though, I kept peaking around the corner for the evil power sucking Sylar! Can't afford to lose my doodle abilities! I

Yup we did it again! We just added our newest hatchling Paloma Angelica to the fam.
She was born February 7th at 8 lbs. / 3 oz. and 18 in. long!
She's now over 5 wks old and startin' to pick up the pencil. Maybe by next week I'll have some beautiful rendered sketches to post!
